Mission
In order to succeed of transforming the current Battambang Teacher Education College (BTEC) to be a leading institution of teacher education in the 21st century, three main missions are pursued.
M1: Educate and develop student teachers with full competency.
M2: Promote educational research to improve teaching and learning.
M3: Provide social services to contribute in-service teacher development.
Core Values
The Battambang Teacher Education College is to implement its roles and responsibilities by focusing on the five core values: Respect, Integrity, Innovation, Commitment and Efficiency (RIICE).
Faculty of Pedagogy Research
Plays a crucial role in shaping the teaching practices and methods employed by student teachers.
Faculty of Science Education
Responsible for equipping student teachers with a strong foundation in scientific knowledge and pedagogical skills.
Faculty of Social Science Education
Focuses on language and social science education and equips teachers with language knowledge.

Battambang Teacher Education College (BTEC)
Battambang Teacher Education College (BTEC) aims to provide Pre-Service and In-Service training programs for primary and lower secondary school teachers based on 12+4 formula and to conduct educational research for continuous improvement of the education quality within the institutions.
